Husband and wife, Ricardo and Giselle Rattis, founded G&R Design Services in January 2015.
Ricardo Rattis is originally from Brazil, he came to the US in October 2014, Giselle Rattis is too from Brazil and came to the US in February 1990. Both went to school for business administration, but Giselle always had her heart set on construction. One day while visiting Brazil Giselle's path crossed Ricardo's and that is how they became G&R Group, two people, one dream and a goal to serve society through the construction industry. In November 2016 Giselle Rattis graduated with honors from San Joaquin Valley College with a degree in Construction Management. Giselle M Rattis was the 2017-2018 President of NAWIC SWFL Chapter 297- National Association of Woman In Construction and serves and the head administrator and designer of G&R Design Services. Giselle M Rattis is the 2020-2021 Finalist for the Distinguished Entrepreneurs Award.
